If your team is one of the 30 selected to progress from The Seed Idea stage you will be issued with a ‘First Pitch’ brief, giving you nearly 3 weeks to prepare your 3 minute presentation, to be delivered to the competition judges, on Friday 28th January 2011. Each team will have just 3 minutes to convince the judges that their idea is what they have been looking for.

             From the First Pitch stage a minimum of 12 teams will be selected to attend a full day event to develop your business ideas in partnership with some of the country's leading ICT, software and business development experts. At this stage you will look at your product design, marketing, technical specification and Intellectual Property Rights.

The event culminates in teams participating in a 10 minute interview with judges whereby the attempt to ‘sell’ their ideas to the judges and convince them that you have a well developed understanding of where your product is going.
